Kids & Teen Fitness Classes (Parents Welcome to Join)
Kids can train on their own, or parents can register and work out alongside them. Both options are supported and fun.
Two Ways to Participate
Option 1: Kids/Teens Only

Drop your child off for a fun, structured 40-minute class.

High-energy workouts designed just for kids and teens.

Choose 1 or 2 classes per week.
Option 2: Parent Participation

Parents can join their child in the same class.

Full workout, scaled for all abilities.

Choose 1 or 2 classes per week.

Parents receive a discounted rate when signing up with a child. Spaces are limited—reserve early.
Pricing
Kids & Teens (per child):
1 class/week: $100 + GST (6 classes)
2 classes/week: $160 + GST (12 classes)
Parent (per parent when registering with a child):
1 class/week: $80 + GST (6 classes)
2 classes/week: $130 + GST (12 classes)
Spaces are limited for parent sign-ups—register early to secure your spot.
When is it?
Pick whichever days work best for you—Monday, Wednesday, or both
Dates of classes:
Monday - April 13, 20, 27, May 4, 11, 25 (NO class on May 18th)
Wednesday - April 15, 22, 29, May 6, 13, 20
*Current sessions end March 30 (Monday class) & April 1 (Wednesday class)*
Start Time:
5:45 pm - Ages 5 to 9 (kids + optional parent participation)
6:30 pm - Ages 10 to 15 (teens + optional parent participation)
How long will class be? 40 minutes in length.
What do we need to know when attending class? Please bring indoor shoes and a water bottle for your child. We will do the rest! :)

CrossTraining for Kids/Teens is a fitness program designed specifically for children, using functional, full-body movements to improve strength, coordination, balance, agility, flexibility and endurance. The classes pair fitness with FUN!! and include a combination of skill practice, workouts and games.
Our Goal
Our goal is to create positive experiences so that health and fitness become an important and enjoyable part of our children’s lives. We will teach and encourage your children to adopt healthy habits and a strong work ethic. Let’s have fun while improving fitness, coordination and self confidence. Using movements that children naturally enjoy like running, jumping and skipping. CrossTraining for Kids is for anyone who is willing to come out and work hard and have fun.
What kind of workouts?
Constantly varied, functional movements scalable for any child at any level. No two workouts are the same so kids and teens never get bored and the novelty of each workout keeps them excited. These are functional movements that cover pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained CrossTraining Kids Trainer.
*Our Coach is Certified in CrossFit Kids & Police Checked.
