Class Etiquette

Check Your Ego at the Door!
Leave it behind—whether at home, in the car, or anywhere else. Remember, someone’s out there warming up with your personal record, and that’s all part of the fun!

Arrive Early
Getting here a little early is always a win! It gives you time to sign in, change, and warm up before class. Aim for at least 10 minutes early, and wear something comfy!

Be Supportive
Let’s cheer each other on! A little encouragement goes a long way, so clap, cheer, and celebrate your fellow athletes. Your energy makes a difference! And get ready for some high-fives when the workout wraps up!

Welcome New Faces
If you see someone new, introduce yourself! We’ve all been the newbie at some point, and a friendly smile can make a big difference.

Respect Our Equipment
Our gear is our buddy, so let’s treat it well! While it’s cool to drop barbells with rubber plates, please be gentle with lighter ones. We want to keep everything in great shape for everyone to enjoy.

Control the Bounce
Bumper plates can bounce around a bit, especially the light ones, so be mindful! Always keep a hand on the bar when you drop it, and watch out for your neighbors. We’re all in this together!

Clean Up After Yourself
Let’s keep our space looking great! Stack bumpers neatly, put kettlebells back, and hang up jump ropes. A tidy gym is a happy gym!

Take Care of Your Gear
Give a little love to the equipment after use—wipe down med balls, kettlebells, and other gear. We’ve got cleaning supplies on hand, so let’s keep things fresh and clean!

Pick Up After Yourself
Help us keep the place tidy by picking up used tape, pens, chalk, and water bottles. A clean gym is a cheerful place!

Be Mindful with Chalk
Chalk can be super helpful, but it can get messy! When you use it, keep your hands close to the bucket to minimize the mess.

“I Can’t” Isn’t in Our Vocabulary
Remember, by just showing up, you’ve already proven you can! All we ask is to give it a go!

Be Honest
Let’s keep it real! No one’s worried about your score if it’s not genuine. Honesty matters, so if someone gives you a tip, take it as a chance to grow. We’re all here to support each other!
